Simon Peacocke

Simon is a Deal Advisory Partner based in the Auckland CBD office. He joined BDO in 1997 following roles in Auckland and London and became a Partner in 2005. 

He advises companies on both the buy-side and the sell-side of transactions, performing due diligence, valuation, advising on management buy-outs and private equity transactions, IPO's arranging debt and equity funding, and running sale processes.
