Richard Timpany

Richard has been an Advisory Partner in the Southern Lakes & Central Otago Wanaka office since 2022.

Richard prides himself in providing bespoke, practical advice that is easy to understand. He frequently advises on irrigation, agribusiness, construction, civil contracting, transport, and commercial property businesses.  

His expertise stems from project feasibility through construction via advisory to major water storage and irrigation delivery projects, PPP funding, risk management, contract procurement & delivery.

Richard’s diverse background ensures he can assist with a variety of matters, core specialties being infrastructure and deal advisory, capital structuring, valuations, as well as restructuring and refinancing. He is also skilled in governance, family business and succession planning, and budgeting/forecasting.
