Dianne Naicker

Dianne is an Advisory Services Associate based in the Auckland CBD office. She joined BDO as a graduate and has over 15 years of experience providing advisory services and management accounting to a wide variety of clients and industry groups.

Dianne works with clients to compile annual financial statements and tax returns (including conversion of New Zealand Equivalents to international Financial Reporting Standards or NZIFRS) and general tax planning and Inland Revenue compliance services (e.g. PAYE, GST and FBT).

She also assists overseas companies and provides business advice to medium sized businesses on monthly management accounting, cashflow forecasting and budgets, due diligence, ownership structures, and operational reviews of internal accounting systems to make recommendations and implement change.
