Andrew Hill

Andrew is an Advisory Partner with BDO's Takapuna office. His professional practice focuses on medium-sized enterprises, advising to a diverse range of owner-managed businesses.

By working closely with owners, directors and management teams, Andrew and his team understand the specific issues medium sized businesses face and can help them to maximise profits and minimise risks. This includes working with business owners to understand financial statements, identify the key performance measures, extract profits and maximise cashflow, set direction and strategy, evaluate the best financing options and use of trusts, and look at business acquisitions and sales.

The team also help free up owners' time by looking after the monthly accounting functions and advising on recruitment and performance management of staff.
