Andrew Bathgate

Andrew is an Advisory Partner in our Auckland CBD office. He became a Partner in 2015 and has previously worked in London and Copenhagen before returning to New Zealand in 2003.

He provides sound commercial advice to a wide range of his Business Advisory clients, who benefit from the experience he has gained over his 20+ years in practice. His clients include businesses in the manufacturing, construction, aged care and childcare, import/distribution, and export sectors. 

Andrew collaborates closely with clients providing practical solutions while advising them on a range of commercial, taxation and reporting issues.

Andrew has a passion for helping global business enter and succeed in the local New Zealand market by providing market entry advice around structuring, regulatory obligations, and reporting systems. His team handles the outsourced finance function of large multinationals from around the world, working closely with local management and head office finance teams to ensure regulatory obligations are met, reporting is efficient and the local entity meets its potential.
