Incorporated Societies - support documents
As a reminder, the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 (2022 Act) came fully into force on 5 October 2023, and all incorporated societies wishing to remain in existence should be in the process of transitioning to the requirements of the 2022 Act, if they have not already done so.
To assist incorporated societies with their transition journey, the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has release a raft of support documents that are available on the New Zealand Companies Office Website.
For more on the above, please contact your local BDO representative.
